Terms & licence

Seller: Letterbench, a UK trading name. Trader identity and geographic address: see the legal notice. Contact: contact form or [email protected].

Who can buy: customers in the UK, and businesses outside the UK that give a valid VAT or tax ID. We don't sell to consumers in the EU or EEA. Orders from outside the UK without a business tax ID will be refunded and cancelled.

Product: a digital download (zip) of email templates, source and test tools. The download link is supplied immediately after payment.

Refunds and cancellation: we give a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase. This applies whether or not you've downloaded the files, and it's in addition to any statutory rights you have.

Licence: Solo covers one product or company. Team covers unlimited products within one organisation. You may send emails built from the kit without attribution. You may not resell or redistribute the kit, or a substantially similar template kit, as a template product.

Warranty and liability: the kit is provided as is. Test it in your own email clients before production use. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
